Super Fruit Feasting!

Today for lunch, I was inspired to cut up an avocado and an heirloom tomato. I then coated this with a bit of EFA oil (maybe a tablespoon) and added some Fiesta Mole ( about 3 tablespoons), and just a bit of Spirulina. Simple and oh so delicious! I shared this with Sebastian as the other children were out jumping on the trampoline.

For all the children (5 at the moment, ages 1, 1, 2, 3 and 8), I cut up some strawberries, avocado, and tomato, and put these on a plate with some goji berries. They snacked on this while I cut up a watermelon (seeded) and when they had finished the plate, we dined on the watermelon slices. Spitting the seeds into a cup was much fun for all, and we'll save the seeds to plant for next summer's planting!

We all shared some Chocolate Bliss smoothie with banana, strawberries, bee pollen, spirulina, spinach and vanilla agave nectar, as well as water to drink.

A very satisfying lunch for all <3
